Prelims.Are.Finally.Over.But.The.As.Aren't.

Oh well.

At least i got to enjoy today! (: We went to yien's place for a picnic
in a garden which ended up in the living room. Played badminton on
the road and twister on the side walk. I got seriously twisted and
really lost my sense of orientation. *laughs. Which Daniel and Boo
can only too readily testify. (: Then we watched a movie with which i
had to leave when it ended. Today was a blast! Serioulsy where can
anyone get so much fun, food and entertainment without having to
spend a cent? We should so do this more often! (:

As night falls and darkness blankets the land,

Thanks guys for everything that you did for me today! The entourage, consisting of the mad max, kwek, shaan, charm khoo and chard, in the morning, walking all the way in with a birthday cake. Haha. I'm so touched! (: But i kinda knew what was up when my mum said, do you need matches? That was a dead give away! hahaha. Thanks again! And all those messages. So sweet all through the day from 12am this morning. And thanks my dear suue* for that wonderful conversation we had last night/this morning. When suddenly at 11.59 you started singing to me at the top of your voice! Haha. One mintue earlier but heck! Haha. And the wonderful lunch and surprise appearance of bimbo, ness, and norman. With a totally gorgeous caard and a CD! Hmmm. One specially made for me. So sweet! LOVE YOU ALL! THANKS FOR MAKING TODAY SUCH A WONDERFUL DAY! (:

You enter the walkway and suddenly you notice the metamorphosis.

Wham.
Everything hits you with one gigantic blow and you're bowled over by the change.

The extravagentsplash of colours,

the intoxicating scents,

the exotic feel that fills the whole place,

they all converge there,

right at the walkway.

You walk, intridged and overwhelmed by your surroundings.

Whilst walking,

your senses indulge and absorb everything.

Your gaze scans the whole place.

You're afriad of missing out anything.

Fianlly you reach the end of the walkway.

All that just happened seemed like an extract from a dream,

a fairytale,

that ended too soon.

Its then that you're torn in two.

You wish to stay and explore the extensive web of stalls,

eager to check out what awaits you.

However you know cannot afford that luxury,

because..

an after thought.

Bursting with joy! Dad is finally home. (:
