Today is only the fourth day and yet it feels like the whole week has come and gone ages ago. The sudden influx of activities from the sedentary life that i have been leading is making me feel hell disorientated. I've hardly had the time to sit at my table and just stare out of the window and day dream or think what i shall do next. Now everything has to be planned carefully, making sure things don't clash, remembering whats next etc. Whenever i get into such "states" i always recall what Mr Issac Lim said, "If you've never experienced standing out in the blazing sun, how can you appreciate the shade?" So no matter what goes on, i shouldn't complain as there would be other people out there who have it a lot worse, just that i've never stood in their shoes and hence don't realise it.
Oh and on tuesday, toons world was supposed to meet up for fireworks and dinner. However due to the deprive nature of Singaporeans where watching fireworks is concerned. esplanade was way packed thus i was unable to watch the fireworks with the world. Managed dinner together, afterwhich they decided to go boat quay to drink. But low and behold the place that they wanted to go at boat quay was closed so we ended up in some chin a ma ma place! *laughs. I don't even know the name of the place and i don't think i want to know it. Took some pictures there but as i'm not sure how to operate the japanese language camera shall have to wait for a while before i can post those pictures up! (:
